Rethink Waste and The Environmental Center invite you to a special COTA Movie Night presentation of EXPIRED. The film combines two topics close to their sustainability mission: people powered transportation and wasted food awareness…

Kieran Kolle completed an unusual trip. With a group of friends, he cycled from the north to the south of Norway, traveling three thousand kilometers in just over a month. And as if this ordeal wasn’t challenging enough, this group of four cyclists added an extra caveat: During their journey they are only allowed to eat food that is being thrown away due to its expiration date. Subsisting on only expired food from supermarkets, they still ate like kings. This is a funny film about bicycle touring across a beautiful country. And a real foodie film that looks into how we shop and consume and waste food in the world.
